On their website, they have featured jobs with major employers such as AT&T, UPS, JC Penny and Macy's. You can begin browsing snag a jobs website for jobs right away by clicking on the "browse jobs" link. There are many jobs listed at Snagajob.com, but are all these job listings at snagajob.com legitmate job listings?

After reviewing Snagajob.com's privacy policy, I would be very hesitant about providing this company with my personal information. They require email, address, name, birth date, education, job experience, citizenship and more and they say in their privacy policy that they use the information you provide to:


I would personally be hesitant about them "providing your personal details to third parties offering combined services."  Who exactly are these "third parties" that they are giving your personal information to? Is this the way the snag a job scam works? I am not sure, but just providing a review of snag a job and the potential for a scam.

Review of Complaint Boards about Snag a Job Scam

Just do a quick search of Snagajob.com and you will find many complaint boards about snag a job being a scam. Reading through these postings will help you to make a decision of whether or not this snag a job is a scam. Many of these postings claim that after you sign up and apply for jobs, the jobs are not really there or that personal information is being distributed. There are also many circumstances where, after signing up with snag a job, you will begin to get calls from "partner businesses and schools." If you do not want this to happen, you need to be sure you opt out of this when registering. I would definitely read and review their privacy statement and review what others are saying about them before providing Snagajob.com with my personal information and depending on them to find you a job, but I will leave the final decision to you to make.

If you are going to use this company, be sure to do your research before providing them with any personal information and spend at least an hour or so reading through people's experiences with Snag a Job. Be sure to look at overall experiences and comments and not just a few (who knows who are writing these positive comments, they may work for Snag a Job and be biased). If you are already using snag a job and found them to be a scam, you can always file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and report them to the Internet Fraud Complaints Center or the FBI.

I recently did a Google search for "snag a job scam" and it looks like since there have been so many searches from people questioning whether or not snagajob.com is a scam or not, Snag a Job has written its own article to dispel this myth. My question would be why are there so many searches from people questioning if they are a scam anyway? There recently written article titled: "The Truth about Snagajob.com" appears to be an attempt to dispel these myths. Again, I am not saying that Snag a Job are scammers, I am only saying be careful and do your research before providing ANY website with extremely personal information.
